Location

I don’t know Stellenbosch. What is the area surrounding the Apartments like?
Eendracht Apartments is a short walk from the town centre, and from the Hotel.

How do I request transport from the airport?
Please pre-arrange with the Hotel Reception for a transfer to the hotel. The Hotel will gladly pre-arrange the transfer for you. All costs are to be paid in cash directly to the driver.

I am going to be driving by car. What is the best way to access your Apartments and where can I park my car?
On the page “How to get There” we have indicated directions for your convenience. There are off-street parking available.

Internet

What is the internet connection like at the Apartments?
Free internet is available. You can connect using a laptop, mobile or other devices through the Wi-Fi system in public areas and in your room. In all cases the connection is ADSL.

Is there a computer available for guests’ use in the Apartments?
There is a computer in the Lounge at Reception of Eendracht Hotel, with high speed internet for the enjoyment of our guests, free of charge.

Rooms

Can I leave the Apartment late? Can I leave my luggage?
You can check at Reception for the latest check-out time from the Apartment, and we will do our best to try to accommodate you. Eendracht Hotel has a luggage-storage service where you can leave your luggage for as long as you need.

How can I choose if I want a double bed or two singles?
Indicate to us when booking online in the “special requests” box.

To smoke or not to smoke?
To comply with our beautiful country’s laws, we decided to ensure that Eendracht Apartments’ interior is a smoke free environment.

Is there air-conditioning in the rooms?
Yes, all the rooms have air-conditioning which is controlled independently.

Is your Apartments adapted for disabled people?
Eendracht Apartments are not equipped for people with reduced mobility, but Eendracht Hotel is!
